If we had a pound for every time we’ve heard this - absolutely not, its our job to help you become the fittest, strongest version of yourself. We will meet you where your at on your journey and tailor your experience accordingly.
Our sessions are available every weekday morning between 6-10.30am, Monday and Wednesday evenings between 5-7pm, Saturday Morning at 9am. We currently only have availablity on our 8am, 9.30am, 5pm & 6pm slots.
Our Group PT last around 50 minutes, and our fitness classes up to 45mins. We know that you guys are busy, that’s why we want to get you the best results possible, in a time efficient manner. We will have you leaving the gym feeling energised and ready to attack your day.
Not every day needs to be a training day. Our approach to training, includes rest days to help aid your recovery.
If you sign up to the challenge and know that you will be unavailable for a portion of the 35 days, let us know, and we may be able to extend it for you – so you can still get the most out of your experience.
Once you’ve made payment, we will contact you within 24 hours to invite you along to your first session. You will receive our Quickstart Nutrition Guide straight away.
After successful completing your 35 day challenge , you’ll have the chance to keep your momentum going and join the SIN community with a choice of our 2 membership options. Build on your progress with us and come and join onto one of our monthly social events, or set the bar higher with a strategy session with one of our coaches.
